RentLedger LLC is committed to making rentledger.ai usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the generally recognized standard for accessible web content.
Current Status
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We run an automated WCAG 2.1 A/AA audit (covering color contrast, form labeling, page structure, and keyboard access to interactive content) across every page of the Service, and have resolved all issues it currently detects. Automated tools catch a meaningful share of accessibility problems but not everything — they can't fully evaluate screen-reader compatibility, keyboard-only navigation of complex interactions, or focus order the way a human tester can. We have not yet completed a formal manual audit or third-party review, and we continue to test and improve as we find real-world issues.

Compatibility
RentLedger is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and their built-in accessibility and assistive technology support. Some third-party embedded content (for example, the Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal, and the Mapbox address lookup widget) is provided and maintained by those third parties; accessibility issues within that embedded content should also be reported to us so we can follow up with the provider.
