2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing & Usage → Manage Billing, which opens your account in the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation there takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access through the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.

3. Refunds

• Subscription charges are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started.
• If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), contact support@rentledger.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review and issue a refund if warranted.
• One-time add-on pack purchases (extra AI runs, document uploads, market reports, AVM refreshes) are non-refundable once purchased, but unused add-on credits do not expire and remain available on your account.
• We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time when you cancel mid-period or downgrade.

4. Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately; you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep your existing plan's features and limits until then, with no partial-period credit issued.

5. Free Trials

If a plan is offered with a free trial, your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Any trial-specific terms shown at signup control in the event of a conflict with this section.

6. Account Deletion

Deleting your RentLedger account immediately cancels any active subscription; this is treated the same as an immediate cancellation, not a request for a refund of the current period. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you delete your account.
